I have a passion to help women know their worth and build their confidence. Why? Because I know what it’s like to have low self esteem and want to blend into the background. I know what it’s like to have been told a lie about your worth and believe it. I will admit that a lot of times, my confidence is still not where it should be but I know where my confidence comes from so it’s going to keep me going. I started out as a massage therapist to open the door to self-care and wellness because I believe it goes further than massage. Practicing regular self-care keeps your cup full so you can give to others from your overflow. That leads to a chain reaction of love, joy and the want to give more because you are overflowing with gifts. I want to use this platform to give from my overflow. I want to encourage women to nurture the relationship with themselves by sharing things I love and things that fill my cup. Things that build my confidence and remind me of my worth. Hopefully me sharing my journey, will remind you to keep your cup full so you can continue to overflow into others. Stay full ladies!
